Alan Boal

Alan Boal BEng (Hons) | Operations Director

Alan has overall operational responsibility for the Food Engineering, Ventilation and Maintenance divisions of F3 Engineering. For 22 years previous to this role he worked in the Building Services Industry specialising in Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design and Contracts and had 8 years managerial experience in both workshop and site based organisations.

Glenn Faloon

Glenn Faloon | General Manager F3 Engineering Ltd.

Glenn's career started with administrational duties in FF Food Engineering Ltd in 1989 and from there he progressed to Quality Assurance Manager. Early 2007 Glenn was promoted to General Manager. This role involves managing and maintaining BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality management system, purchasing, job costing and management of the everyday affairs of the fabrication workshop.

Anita Poole

Anita Poole BAHons (DIS) | Business Development Manager

Joined CHC / F3 in 2005 to grow and develop all areas of the business. This position is shared amongst all Companies under the CHC umbrella, i.e. CHC Group Ltd, F3 Engineering and Drain Doctor. Anita has a varied background in Customer Service and Sales and looks after all the marketing and sales for the three Companies.

Carol Wylie

Carol Wylie | Accounts Manager

Joined Food Engineering in 1994 and remained part of the Administration Team when the Company was acquired by CHC Group Ltd in 2004. Carol is responsible for payroll, personnel and sales accounts, as well as carrying out the normal day to day tasks necessary for the smooth running of a busy office.

Gavin Davey

Gavin Davey | Trainee Technical Manager

Joined F3 Engineering in the summer of 2005 with a BSc (Hons) in Industrial and Business Systems. Gavin has a background in sheet metal work, estimation and TQM and is currently in charge of all fabrication estimations and site visits he is also involved in the ISO9001:2000 auditing procedure.

Peter Long

Peter Long | Contracts Manager Ventilation

Peter's role & responsibilities are to oversee contracts from tender to procurement, to final account. This includes ensuring the Health & Safety of all ventilation employees on a daily basis and carrying out toolbox talks every 3 months.

Trevor Sharpe

Trevor Sharpe | Trainee Production Manager

Trevor joined the company in 1996 as a Fabricator/Welder and continued in this role onto 2005 when he was appointed to the role of Trainee Production Manager. He is responsible for organising Production, the general running of the workshop and site work. He is also involved in the 9001:2000 Internal Auditing.

Christine Abernethy

Christine Abernethy (BAHons Buisness) | Accounts Administrator

Christine joined the administration team of F3 Engineering in 2005 and is responsible for the purchase ledger side of the Company, assisting Alan with the maintenance for F3 Engineering, processing orders and sales invoices, general office duties and day to day demands to ensure a smooth running of a busy office.
